• Assisted faculty and staff across 27 departments by providing front-line IT support, resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting PCs, iPads, printers, and VoIP phones.

Student Affairs and Diversity IT - Grizz Den ggLeap/ggRock Setup

Oakland University, Rochester, MI June 2023 - August 2023

• Set up and configured the Debian-based ggRock PXE server for the Grizz Den in the Oakland Center.
• Created a Windows image, and installed basic programs, game launchers, and games for the center's 28 PCs to boot into, reducing the effort needed for new game installs, game updates, Windows updates, etc.
• Imaged SSDs of all PCs with a "fallback image" in the event that the server goes down or is not allowing PXE boot.

System Administration - Nextcloud

• Deployed and configured Nextcloud on a VM in Google Cloud, including baseline configuration and automation features.
• Implemented periodic backups as well as a documentation website alongside the service.

Database Design and Implementation - Dashboard.lol

• Collaborated with a partner to create a customizable, widget-based dashboard with PHP and Bootstrap.
• Designed and implemented the backend for the website, including database creation and setup with MySQL workbench and Python scripts for data-fetching widgets.

Senior Capstone - Scribe

Project link

• Developed the frontend for Scribe, an AI transcription and summarization tool made entirely in Python.
• Worked in a six-member team to deliver full-stack solution with stack components including FastAPI and MariaDB, and AI services such as OpenAI's Whisper and ChatGPT, and ElevenLabs.

Leadership Experience

Robotics Association at Oakland University

President & Software Lead September 2019 - July 2024

• Led team members in the designing and construction of an autonomous robot and participated in the 2024 Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition (IGVC).
• Designed and implemented the robot’s software with Robot Operating System 2 (ROS2) and integrated sensors (LiDAR, GPS, ZED depth camera) on a Nvidia Jetson-based platform.
• Collaborated with the mechanical and electrical sub-teams for sensor mounting, power distribution, and cable management.
• Coordinated with other student organizations and staff members within the School of Engineering and Computer Science to facilitate events, safety training sessions, meetings, etc.
